FAMILIES/BORIOSIEK

These are smaller than the sub tribe, each family has a certain group of clans that share the same tottems. The name 'boriet' originated from how kipsigis people migrated during the time of migration to their present place(rift valley).
There are four families (boriosiek) namely:
